QUEEN CITY Necklace - Help Support Charlotte Creatives!

I ordered the QUEEN CITY CREATIVES necklace with in a week or two of it original release in early 2020. I have the Blackened Copper version and I absolutely love it! It was my first piece of wearable art from the Shy Siren (& the beginning of my slowly growing collection). The design is perfect for the cause Sara created it for, the Hug Grant is a beautiful thing! That crowned heart & the program it supports makes me smile every time I look at it! I’ve worn it regularly since I got it & when I’m not wearing it- it is on display in my home like the work of art it truly is. There are so many amazing Creatives/Artisans in CLT & what a gift they are for all of us!

I ordered the Queen City necklace in distressed blackened copper and could not be happier with it. I wear it almost every day. It hangs perfectly and the design and finish are a rustic look I absolutely love. I found Shy Siren after meeting Sara at a virtual course on Race, Gender, and Bias and I was immediately impressed with both the pieces she made and the person she is as a small business owner and artist. After researching the work and artists that the Hug Grant is benefiting, it made so much sense to have this necklace in my collection. I can't wait to add more Shy Siren pieces to my rotation.

I purchased the antique silver necklace and CLT pendant. Not only does Sara create incredible jewelry but this particular treasure comes from the heart as an incentive to raise money for the Hugs Grant which is part of Charlotte is Creative. The crown symbol is reflected as the logo for Charlotte (CLT). The heart speaks for it's self -- we all need to be aware of the people around us and to be able to give assistance from the heart.

This beautiful necklace arrived soon after ordering, and I was delighted with the attention to detail in the lovely packaging - ethereal ribbon, pretty box, elegant little bag and even crinkle paper to match! The necklace and current mission behind it the artist is offering combines my favorite things - Charlotte and her Queen City symbol of the crown, hearts showing love, unique style, and a compassionate donation to the Charlotte is Creative 'Hug Grant' program. The chain is pretty, and the pendant is very special and makes me smile!
